Yes, we are delighted to offer free express shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may apply.
Once your luxury piece is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also log into your ThingsLovable account and track your order in the "My Orders" section.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be in its original premium packaging with all tags intact.
Simply email our concierge team at support@thingslovable.in with your order number and photos of the product. Our team will arrange a hassle-free reverse pickup within 24-48 hours.
Once the returned item reaches our studio and passes the quality check, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days directly to your original payment method.

Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. To prevent fraudulent orders, a mandatory partial advance payment (e.g., 10%) is required to confirm a COD order.
